All unaccompanied students enrolled in a course/class must be over the age of 16years.
Children between the ages of 12 to 16years will only be excepted in a course/class if accompanied by a parent or appropriate adult who is also enrolled on the same course/class as that child.
Children between the ages of 12 to 16years will not be permitted into a course/class if not accompanied with the enrolled parent/adult.
NO REFUND OR ALTERNATIVE CLASS WILL BE OFFERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Children are the responsibility of the accompanying parent/adult at all times.
CODE OF CONDUCT
All students are expected to:
Respect the rights of others and treat one another with dignity and respect at all times, regardless of economic status, race, colour, national or ethnic origin, language group, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age or ability
Show proper care and regard for Studio property and the property of others
Complete studio induction to ensure safe use of equipment and materials
Be responsible for their own safety at all times, which includes the use of protective clothing and equipment and enclosed shoes as appropriate
Tidy and clean the space, tools and equipment used at the end of the session
Report any hazards or maintenance issues to the studio manager.
PHOTO & VIDEO
I agree to give Andrew Tremain Ceramic's unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Andrew Tremain Ceramic's pottery classes and events or on Andrew Tremain Ceramic's premises. (For use of Andrew Tremain Ceramic's marketing materials).
This is NOT an agreement to be photographed or videoed, anyone wishing not to be photographed or videoed should make this aware to any person taking photographs or video in the studio.
I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Andrew Tremain Ceramic's .
REFUND POLICY & CANCELLATIONS
To secure your place, payment of the full course fee must be made at the time of enrolment.
A full refund will be made when:
A course is cancelled or rescheduled and you are unable to attend on the new date.
You cannot attend a course or workshop due to medical reasons and a medical certificate is presented. You must notify me prior to the start of the course/workshop.
A refund of the course fee less 20% administration fee will be issued when:
You withdraw from a course five (5) or more days before the start date.
No refunds or substitute classes will be offered if :
You withdraw four (4) or fewer days prior to the course start date.
You withdraw on or after the course start date.
You are absent from a class.
Subject to place availability, you can enrol after a course has commenced. Payment of full course fee applies.
Credit will not be offered under any circumstances.
