Booking Terms & Conditions

All Students enrolled in a course or classes must be 16+yrs.

CODE OF CONDUCT

All students are expected to:

Respect the rights of others and treat one another with dignity and respect at all times, regardless of economic status, race, colour, national or ethnic origin, language group, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age or ability

Show proper care and regard for Studio property and the property of others.

Students are requested to show the utmost care to other students work, please do not touch or handle unless absolutely necessary.

Complete studio induction to ensure safe use of equipment and materials

Be responsible for their own safety at all times, which includes the use of protective clothing and equipment and enclosed shoes as appropriate

All working areas and tools must be cleaned after use. The last 15 minutes of all classes is dedicated to each individual student cleaning their work area, work tables, tools, and other equipment. The cleanliness of the studio for the next students depends on everyone doing their part.

Please report any hazards or maintenance issues.

PHOTO & VIDEO

I agree to give Andrew Tremain Ceramic's unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Andrew Tremain Ceramic's pottery classes and events or on Andrew Tremain Ceramic's premises. (For use of Andrew Tremain Ceramic's marketing materials).

This is NOT an agreement to be photographed or videoed, anyone wishing not to be photographed or videoed should make this aware to any person taking photographs or video in the studio.

LIABILITY WAIVER

I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Andrew Tremain Ceramic's .

REFUND POLICY & CANCELLATIONS

Courses, Classes & Workshops:

If you are unable to attend a booked course, class or workshop, you must give 7 days notice in writing prior to the course, class or workshop commencing to receive a credit option to use at a later date. If a refund is requested it will incur a 15% administration fee.
Cancellations within 7 days of the start date will be charged the full fee.
Students who fail to attend the booked course, class or workshop, will not be refunded or rescheduled.
If you are unable to attend a lesson in a course or weekly classes, you will forfeit this lesson. No exchange or substitute will be offered.

IF A COURSE, CLASS OR WORKSHOP IS CANCELLED:

If cancellation occurs by myself, you will be notified and offered the following:

Full Refund or,
Opportunity to transfer to the next available, or rescheduled class or,
Opportunity to change class selection.

I will advise you of a cancellation via email or phone as soon as possible.
